Princess Charlène of Monaco shows Barbie in a hip-hugging gingham suit

Princess Charlene of Monaco experienced one of her greatest fashion moments on the steps of the Élysée Palace in Paris on Wednesday.

Showing her penchant for tailoring, the Monegasque queen looked elegant and sophisticated in a striking pastel pink pantsuit. She supported her husband, Prince Albert of Monaco, who was honored by President Emmanuel Macron with the Commander of Agricultural Merit award.

Princess Charlene couldn't have looked more radiant as she wore a fitted, waist-cinching blazer and pink check wide-leg trousers. The double-breasted blazer accentuated her feminine silhouette, while the oversized trousers added a modern touch to her sophisticated aesthetic.

Prince Albert II was presented with the Commander's Badge for Agricultural Merit by the President of the French Republic, M. Emmanuel Macron.

The South African-born queen wore a crisp white shirt under her playful suit and looked like a royal Barbie in the kitsch ensemble. The queen wore her signature blonde pixie cut with a chic side part and added a radiant makeup combo of dewy foundation, warm rosy blush and hydrating lip gloss.

“Princess Charlène looks amazing in this outfit,” one royal fan wrote in the comments of the Palais Princier de Monaco's official Instagram post. “Beautiful Princess Charlene! This suit fits her perfectly.”

The prince and princess also celebrated the milestone with their twin children, Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella, nine, who looked equally chic as she joined their parents on the steps of the famous French building.

Princess Charlene's mini-me, Gabriella, looked angelic in a snow-white coat over a tulle dress. The young queen wore light brown ballet flats and wore her caramel-colored hair tied in a pretty ballerina bun.
