Meet The Oklahoman's first All-City high school boys soccer team for 2024

Here's a look at the Oklahomans' first All-City football team for 2024.

Tucker Austin, Heritage Hall

Class: Juniors | Position: Forward

The history: Austin powered Heritage Hall during a 14-1 season that ended with a second straight state title, scoring 20 goals and adding nine assists.

Alex Gutierrez, Crooked Oak

Class: Second year student | Position: Forward

The history: Gutierrez was a prolific scorer as Crooked Oak returned to the Class 3A finals, surpassing Fabian Hernandez's school-record 40 goals in a season, which stands as a state record.

Class: Seniors | Position: Forward

The history: Hemphill kept the Bulldogs' offense going during a 9-4 season that ended in the Class 6A state quarterfinals. The Oral Roberts freshman set Edmond Memorial records with 68 career goals and 47 career assists.

Class: Seniors | Position: Forward

The history: Nakolo set the tone for the Millers as they advanced to the Class 6A quarterfinals. The Oklahoma Christian freshman scored 26 goals and seven assists to cap off a stellar varsity career.

Class: Juniors | Position: midfield

The history: Jordan was a standout on the dynamic Mustang team that reached the Class 6A semifinals, scoring 13 goals and adding eight assists.

Class: Juniors | Position: Striker/Midfield

The history: Laisle totaled 29 goals and 14 assists to lead Crossings Christian to the Class 3A semifinals. He finished the season with seven hat tricks.

Class: Juniors | Position: midfield

The history: Parra capped off his stellar season as Casady's state championship hero, switching from midfield to forward in sudden-death overtime and scoring the winning goal in a 2-1 win over Crooked Oak.

Carter Counts, Heritage Hall

Class: Seniors | Position: defender

The history: Counts stabilized a strong Heritage Hall defense that allowed just nine goals all season, and the Chargers shut out eight opponents en route to the Class 4A championship.

Class: Seniors | Position: defender

The history: Under Poblano's leadership, Santa Fe South posted 13 clean sheets, including seven in a row. The Saints won a district title and reached the Class 5A semifinals.

Miguel Serrano, Southeast

Class: Seniors | Position: defender

The history: As team captain, Serrano led Southeast's defense en route to a district title and a Class 5A semifinal appearance. He also recorded a goal and two assists.

Jesus Ramirez, Edmond North

Class: Seniors | Position: goalkeeper

The history: With Ramirez as the last line of defense, it was difficult for opponents to score against Edmond North. He rescued the Huskies from tough situations by saving six penalties.

Coach of the Year: Tommy Riley, Heritage Hall

After winning a state title in Class 3A, Heritage Hall moved up to Class 4A and did the same. Riley led the Chargers through a 14-1 season with several notable wins. They were the only team to defeat rising Class 3A power Casady, and the Chargers toppled three-time defending champion Clinton to take the 4A crown.
