GMC gives an insight into the 2025 Yukon AT4 and takes inspiration from the Suburban template

GMC gives us a sneak peek at the 2025 Yukon, showing off the front of the AT4 model. This is just an update, so we don't expect any major changes.

Unlike the current Yukon, the focus of the new one will be on width rather than a large grille in the middle. The headlights are taller and have a shorter horizontal part at the top. There is a body-colored piece between the headlights and grille, and the lower bumper looks more aggressive.

Instead of a black centerpiece with skid plate and tow hook, the entire bumper will be black and extend to the fenders. The radiator grille looks similar, but the crossbars inside have been changed.

The new Yukon will likely share updates with its Chevy siblings, the Tahoe and Suburban. There may be rear suspension upgrades for better handling, new wheels and a more powerful engine option. Inside, there could be a new instrument panel with a large touchscreen for infotainment and a steering column switch instead of buttons on the console. The materials used could also be more unusual.

There could also be cool tech features like connected cameras for recording inside and outside the car and an interior motion detection system to detect movement inside the car.

With some anniversaries coming up at GMC for the AT4 and Denali versions, the Yukon could get some special treatment. We'll have to wait for the full reveal, which will come sometime after the new Acadia is delivered to dealers later this year.
